4EEE Teen Winter Wilderness Passage
Weekend of March 12-13, 2016 (Sat -Sun)
New Teen Winter Program.
This course will test our skills as we camp in mid-winter in the High Sierra.
This course will teach, and we will learn, and experience the cold and how to build a shelter in these conditions to be comfortable. Shelter building will be our main focus and cold weather outdoor living. We will also go through possible lost case scenarios and put to use our tracking skills.
If you are wanting to Instruct or Intern with Fox Walkers or other 4EEE programs this program is a great way to get more "winter skills" experience.
